Ulster Hall took part in European Heritage Open Day and wanted to celebrate its rich musical history. The idea behind the campaign, #IWasThereWhen, was to showcase iconic artists who had performed at the venue and their sister venue the waterfront hall over the years through a series of bold, eye-catching posters.

The Result
We designed a range of posters in A1 and A3 formats, featuring both individual artists and curated collections. Each piece balanced heritage with a modern design approach, making them visually engaging while still honouring the venue’s legacy. The final set worked seamlessly across print and promotional use, helping bring the campaign to life and connect audiences with the hall’s iconic past.
